Hi, I am Heather – Spiritual Life Coach, healer, and your biggest cheerleader on this beautiful journey of self discovery.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the spirit realm. As a child I was enchanted by fairies and sensed the magic around me.
I also knew I had a gift for connecting the two worlds, but like many sensitive souls, those abilities were suppressed by ‘well meaning’ adults. Over time, I learned to reconnect with my intuition, embrace my gifts, and weave them into the work I do today – helping others find their own sense of magic, trust and inner strength. My Mantra for life is “Every Day Is Magical”.

Achievements
I’ve always believed in walking my talk and sometimes quite literally! I’ve walked barefoot over broken glass and hot coals for charity, proving to myself just how powerful the mind can be when the heart’s in it. With a BA (Hons) in Teaching & Learning and a Postgraduate Degree in Psychology, and therapies accredited by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine, my work blends science and soul. I’ve done the deep healing myself, recovering from emotional trauma, breaking cycles, and learning to love every part of me so I know what it takes to truly grow.

Away From Coaching
When I am not supporting clients, you’ll find me walking in nature, lifting weights at the gym and swimming, or enjoying laughter with friends. I’m also a big football fan and love cheering on my team as well as watching England matches. My music taste leans heavily towards 80s and 90s Brit Pop or dance music, with a particular love for Oasis, and a good bit of rock.

My Background
My background includes a BA (Hons) in teaching & Learning, and a Postgraduate degree in Psychology, plus multiple accredited qualifications to the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine, in coaching, healing therapies, astrology, and spiritual practices.
I believe healing is not only about unravelling old wounds but also about finding joy in everyday moments. My work and life is grounded in love, trust, honesty, and a sprinkling of humour, because transformation should feel uplifting as well as profound.
