My work is built on love, trust, honesty, and joy, and I believe clear boundaries are an important part of that. This policy is written with fairness and mutual respect in mind, to support both your journey and my time and energy. By booking or purchasing any service, you agree to the terms below.
1. One to One Coaching, Clarity Session and Card Readings.
Payment
For 1:1 coaching and a clarity session, payment is due in full before the session, unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing. Card readings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Rescheduling
Life happens, if you need to change your appointment, please give at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled time so we can easily find another slot.
Cancellations within 48 hours:
If a session is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment, the session fee will normally be non-refundable, as this time has been set aside especially for you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellations with 24 hours or missed appointments.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or don’t attend your session, the session will normally be forfeited and no refund will be issued, subject to your statutory rights.
If I need to cancel or reschedule your session, I will offer you an alternative appointment. If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, you will receive a full refund for that session.
Repeat Cancellations:
If a session is rescheduled three times or more, it will be forfeited and no refund provided. This ensures commitment and continuity throughout your journey.
Late Arrivals:
Sessions begin and end at the agreed time. If you arrive late, we’ll still finish at the scheduled time to respect other clients.
Delivery Method:
All sessions take place via Zoom. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and access to Zoom at the time of your appointment.
2. Memberships
Membership can be cancelled at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and no further payments will be taken. You will continue to have access to the membership until the end of that period.
Membership fees already paid are normally non-refundable once the relevant membership period has begun, subject to your statutory rights.
Community Guidelines
The membership space is designed to be a safe, supportive, and confidential environment for reflection, discussion, and growth. To protect that space:
- All conversations and shared experiences within the membership are strictly confidential and must not be shared outside the group.
- All materials, videos, and written content are copyrighted and for personal use only. They must not be copied, reproduced, or distributed in any way.
- Members are asked not to promote, sell, or solicit their own products or services within the group, to ensure the space remains free from pressure or self-promotion.
This boundaries are in place to keep the membership space welcoming, respectful and empowering for everyone involved.
3. Final Note
This policy exists to support clear, respectful boundaries that honour both of our time and energy. Thank you for understanding that your booking time and membership space are held especially for you, with care and preparation.
