1. Services Covered.
These terms apply to all services offered by Heather Caddick Spiritual Coaching, including 1:1 coaching programmes, mediumship and card readings, memberships, courses, and any other digital or live offerings provided online.
2. Payment
- Coaching: Payment is due either in full or in accordance with an agreed payment plan. Where a payment plan is chosen, all agreed payments remain payable in accordance with that plan.
- Readings: Mediumship and card readings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Memberships: Payments are taken automatically on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan.
- Payment Methods: Accepted payments will be listed at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring payment details are accurate and funds are available.
- Non-Payment: If payment has not been received before your session or renewal date, the service or renewal date, the service may be postponed or cancelled, and access to content may be suspended until payment is complete.
3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds.

4. Nature of Services
All coaching, readings, and spiritual guidance are designed for personal growth and wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or financial advice. You remain responsible for you own decisions, actions, and wellbeing throughout and after working together.
Results may vary depending on individual effort, circumstances, and commitment. No outcome is guaranteed.
5. Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions or within the membership is treated with respect and confidentiality. Group members are expected to uphold the same standard of privacy for the safety and trust of all participants.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, journal prompts, readings, and written resources are the intellectual property of Heather Caddick Spiritual Coaching. They are provided for personal use only and must not be copied, reproduced, or distributed in any form without written permission
7. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to ensure high-quality support, Heather Caddick Spiritual Coaching is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes that result from your participation in coaching, readings, or membership. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for any loss or damage arising from use of these services is limited to the amount you have paid. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability which cannot legally be excluded or limited under UK law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governing by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will fall under exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
9. Updates
These Terms of Sale may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and the latest version will always apply to new purchases.
